In this role, you will support Maternal/Child Health Service Line and provide technical and analytical support for data analysis and evaluation in the performance improvement process.


  • Facilitates the peer review process with other medical staff and supports the quality improvement processes with customers in order to enhance the quality of patient care.
  • Assimilates, evaluates, and submits reports to proactively develop quality activities aligned with strategies and values. Presents and exercises discretion and judgement when analyzing data collected in format beneficial to users.
  • Participates in multidisciplinary teams and collaborative projects for performance improvement.
  • Assists Chief Patient Safety Officer in planning and executing the Performance Improvement Program for the hospital.
  • Performs chart review for data reporting. Collects data for external data requirements and benchmarking.
  • Screens compliance with quality measures using pre-established criteria and department standards.
  • Associate's degree or graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Two years acute hospital care with direct involvement with performance improvement and management of clinical databases.
  • Valid NJ License.
